The first decan of Capricorn runs from 0°–10° of the sign, about Dec 22–30. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Jupiter, and its card is the Two of Disks, which Crowley calls Change and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Harmonious Change. The decan lies within the arc of the Queen of Disks (21° Sagittarius to 20° Capricorn). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Mebahiah and Poyel.
