The third decan of Sagittarius runs from 20°–30° of the sign, about Dec 13–21. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Saturn, and its card is the Ten of Wands, which Crowley calls Oppression and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Oppression. The decan lies within the arc of the Queen of Disks (21° Sagittarius to 20° Capricorn). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Nanael and Nithael.
