The second decan of Capricorn runs from 10°–20° of the sign, about Dec 31–Jan 9. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Mars, and its card is the Three of Disks, which Crowley calls Works and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Material Works. The decan lies within the arc of the Queen of Disks (21° Sagittarius to 20° Capricorn). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Nemamiah and Yeialel.
