The third decan of Libra runs from 20°–30° of the sign, about Oct 13–22. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Jupiter, and its card is the Four of Swords, which Crowley calls Truce and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Rest from Strife. The decan lies within the arc of the Prince of Cups (21° Libra to 20° Scorpio). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Hahahel and Mikael.
