The second decan of Libra runs from 10°–20° of the sign, about Oct 3–12. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Saturn, and its card is the Three of Swords, which Crowley calls Sorrow and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Sorrow. The decan lies within the arc of the Queen of Swords (21° Virgo to 20° Libra). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Rehael and Ieiazel.
