Lady Frieda Harris

The painter of the Thoth deck, who worked with Crowley from 1938 to 1943, often demanding that he explain a card's symbolism in detail and repainting until he was satisfied. Her style draws on the projective geometry she had studied through the Anthroposophical movement. She died in 1962, before the deck was published.
