The first decan of Aries runs from 0°–10° of the sign, about Mar 21–30. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is Mars, and its card is the Two of Wands, which Crowley calls Dominion and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Dominion. The decan lies within the arc of the Queen of Wands (21° Pisces to 20° Aries). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Vehuiah and Jeliel.
