The third decan of Aquarius runs from 20°–30° of the sign, about Feb 9–18. Its ruler in the Chaldean order is The Moon, and its card is the Seven of Swords, which Crowley calls Futility and the Golden Dawn the Lord of Unstable Effort. The decan lies within the arc of the Knight of Cups (21° Aquarius to 20° Pisces). Its two angels of the Shem ha-Mephorash are Damabiah and Manakel.
